Takeo watched him for a moment, then looked at Kimii for a moment before looking back to Kyou.

"Oh!! I've seen you! You live nearby, right?"

"...Right.

"Yeah, I saw you going into the pub as I did." She said. "Wait... Aren't you going to get a drink first?"

"I thought I'd come here before someone else did. Drink can wait." He said. "I read your ad."

She flipped out a notepad. "Dedication..." She said as she wrote the word down. "Always a good thing."

Once they got their ice cream, Mai activated her sharingan and cast a genjutsu over the cashier so they didn't have to pay. She just beamed and walked off.
